Which payment methods can I use?

Buying and payment 6 min read Updated By

You can pay for your UPC codes with PayPal or through Razorpay. With PayPal, you can use your PayPal balance or a card linked to your account. Razorpay takes credit cards, debit cards, UPI and netbanking. All prices are in US dollars, you don’t need an account, and your codes go out by email once your payment is confirmed.

Most US buyers will find PayPal or a card the simplest choice. UPI and netbanking are Indian payment methods, so they mainly suit buyers in India.

We don’t offer bank transfers or checks at checkout. If neither provider works for you, write to us before you order.

How paying works

  1. Pick a package on the Buy UPC Codes page and go to checkout.
  2. Enter your name, billing details and email address. Check your email carefully, because that’s where your codes will go.
  3. Choose PayPal or Razorpay, then finish the payment in their secure window.
  4. You’ll return to our site with an order confirmation.
  5. Your codes usually arrive by email within 15 minutes of payment, and within 6 hours at most.

Is my payment safe?

Your payment details are handled by PayPal or Razorpay, not by us. When you pay, you enter your card or account details with the provider, and it tells us whether the payment went through. We never see your full card number, and we don’t store it.

The checkout page uses HTTPS, so your details are encrypted on the way. Before you pay, check that your browser shows www.getupccode.com. Never send card details to us by email or through the contact form, because we’ll never ask for them. If you need help with a payment, your order number and the error message are all we need. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your order details.

What currency will I be charged in?

Prices on the site are in US dollars. If your card or account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider converts the amount. It may also add a fee of its own, which we don’t control or see. If you’re paying from outside the US, check your statement or the provider’s confirmation screen for the final amount.

Do you add tax or shipping?

We don’t add shipping, because your codes arrive by email. We also don’t add sales tax at checkout at the moment. The total on the checkout page is the amount we charge you. Any bank or currency fees from your own provider are separate.

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest. You don’t need to sign up with us, though you do need to give a working email address. If you use PayPal, you’ll sign in to PayPal or follow its steps to pay.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes. Orders of 25 codes or more get 10% off with the coupon code SPECIAL. Enter it at checkout before you pay. You’ll see the new total before you confirm.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. A PDF invoice is attached to your order emails. If you’re buying for a business, enter your company name in the billing details at checkout so that it appears on the invoice. Keep the email with your records, along with your list of codes.

Can my company or an assistant pay?

Yes. The person paying doesn’t have to be the person using the codes. Just enter the email address where the codes should go, and add your company name in the billing details so that it appears on the invoice.

Can I pay by purchase order?

We don’t take purchase orders at checkout. Orders are paid when they’re placed, through PayPal or Razorpay. If you’re planning a very large order, email [email protected] first.

Do you save my card for next time?

We don’t. You’ll go through PayPal or Razorpay on each order. Your provider may offer to remember your details, and that choice sits with them.

What if I typed the wrong email address?

Your codes will go to the address you entered, so write to us straight away from the correct address. Include your order number and the name on the order, and we’ll check the details and resend them.

Why did my payment fail?

Most failed payments come down to one of these:

  • Your bank blocked it. Banks sometimes stop online or international payments until you approve them. Check for a text or app alert from your bank, then try again.
  • Details don’t match. The card number, expiry date, security code or billing ZIP code may be wrong.
  • Not enough funds. The card limit or account balance may be too low, especially on larger packs.
  • A timeout. The payment window may have been closed too early, or the connection dropped.

To fix it:

  1. Check your details and try again.
  2. Make sure your card or account allows online and international payments.
  3. Try the other payment provider.
  4. If it still fails, write to us. Tell us which method you used and what error you saw.

I paid, but where are my codes?

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders first, then search your inbox for “GetUPCCode”. Codes usually arrive within 15 minutes. If it’s been more than 6 hours, email [email protected] with your order number and the address you used, and we’ll sort it out.

If your provider shows the payment as pending, wait for it to clear. We send codes once a payment is confirmed.

I think I was charged twice

First check whether both charges are final. Banks sometimes show a temporary hold that disappears on its own. If you still see two charges, email us with both transaction references and your order number, and we’ll look into it.

Can I get a refund?

Once an order for codes is placed, it can’t be cancelled or refunded, because those numbers are assigned to you and never sold again. If a problem with the code itself stops it working, we issue a replacement. Check that our codes suit your sales channels before you buy. Our terms and policies have the full details.
